1. No Refund After Protocol Delivery
Once your personalized healing or wellness protocol has been prepared, shared, or delivered to you (via email, WhatsApp, dashboard, or any other medium), no refund, return, or cancellation will be possible.
Our plans are uniquely customized for each individual, based on medical history, diet, circadian rhythm, and other lifestyle information you provide.
Therefore, once created, they cannot be reused, resold, or withdrawn.
2. Payment Confirmation
All payments made on Heal By Gaia are final and non-reversible.
Before purchasing any plan or consultation, we strongly advise you to:

Your payment was charged but the protocol was not delivered within 14 business days, and no communication was received from our support team.

You purchased a plan by clear accidental transaction and contacted us before submitting your health information or receiving any materials.

4. Payment Processing and Fees
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
We do not store your full payment information.
If a refund (in an approved exception) is processed, please note:
